Under the guidance of Khalifatul Masih V aba, MKA USA has chosen the theme of “Importance of Prayer” for this year.   The Holy Quaran has established the importance of salat on a believer and the Holy Prophet (saw) has expounded upon this through his words and action.  It is incumbemt upon all Khuddam to establish their prayers, especially in congregation, at all times.  During last years UK Ijtema Huzur (aba) covered this topic in amazing depth and is a must listen for all Khuddam and Atfal.

The National Ijtema is the annual retreat for members of MKA USA. We come together to compete with one another and vie in good works. It is a time for self-reflection, rejuvenation, brotherhood, and most importantly, faith. We host a series of intellectual, religious knowledge, recreational and sporting events. During the meeting with the National Amila of MKA USA, Huzur (aba) instructed the Majlis to raise the standard of the Taleem and Tarbiyyat aspects of the Ijtema.  Huzur (aba) noted that this is the ultimate purpose of the Ijtema.

Huzur (aba) has instructed Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya USA to increase our attendances at the Ijtema.  Along these lines, we shifted the setting from a more natural scenic environment as in the past 3 years to a more traditional setting.  By moving the Ijtema back to the east coast and Masjid Bait-ur-Rahman we are hoping for an increase in attendance from Khuddam and Atfal within a drivable range.  Current registration numbers are shown below.
